Cancellation Policy

+ Booking Requests All bookings are requests only. You’ll receive a confirmation email if your preferred time is available. If not, alternate options will be offered. Your session is not confirmed until you receive that email. Please wait before making other arrangements. + Session Timing & Late Arrival Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. No extensions or discounts are provided for late starts. Time includes wardrobe, lighting adjustments, and camera prep. + Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule with 48+ hours’ notice at no cost. Changes requested within 48 hours are subject to a $75 rebooking fee. One reschedule per session is permitted. Additional changes may require a new booking. All bookings are non-refundable. Emergencies may be credited toward a future session at my discretion. No-shows will forfeit the session and payment. + Delivery & Retouching Proof galleries are delivered within 5 business days of the session. Final retouched images are typically delivered within 7–10 business days of image selection and payment, depending on workload. Rush delivery may be available for an added fee. Retouching begins only after payment is received and includes one reasonable revision pass, requested within 5 days of delivery. Retouching is defined as natural, professional enhancement: color correction, blemish removal, skin smoothing, and subtle cleanup. It does not include photo manipulation, body reshaping, background swaps, or composite editing. + Copyright, Usage & AI Protection All images are the intellectual property of Nick Holmes Photo. Clients receive a license to use final retouched images for personal promotional use only (e.g., casting, agents, websites, and social media). Unretouched images may not be altered or published. Commercial, advertising, or third-party use requires a separate license. Copyright is retained in perpetuity. Selected images may be used for portfolio, promotional, or educational purposes unless privacy is requested before your session. Images may not be uploaded to AI tools, facial generation apps, or any system used to train, imitate, or generate new content. They may not be altered in a way that misrepresents the photographer’s authorship or style. + Satisfaction Guarantee If you’re not satisfied with the final results and feel nothing usable was captured, I offer a one-time complimentary follow-up session, scheduled at my convenience. This is not a refund
